Performance Anxiety
When the thing you love the most becomes something you dread due to experiencing anxiety, it can be hard to know if you even love it anymore. Performance anxiety is common and can feel debilitating at times. I am passionate about supporting people through their performance anxiety and utilize SAFE EMDR as a tool to do so.

Artist/Life Balance
It’s easy for you to get lost in your art and for your art to get lost in your life. It can be hard to distinguish our self-care or our hobbies from our work and to know where boundaries exist between our personal and professional lives. I love supporting people in finding this balance and fulfillment personally and professionally.

Parents of Performers/Athletes
So many decisions. It can feel impossible to know what choices are best for your child and their career, while also still considering their age! So much responsibility is placed on the parent to manage the “business side” of your child’s career and it can feel extremely isolating and lonely to navigate. I love supporting parents in their own well-being as well as in supporting their decision making process.

Career Planning
As creatives and performers, we’re often taught “to please.” Deciphering what we want can feel foreign and intimidating. I work to support people in clarifying their goals for their own career and learning to listen to their own intuition and inner guidance for what it is that they want.
