Insurance/Fee Info

What kind of insurance do you accept? 

I currently accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna plans though always request that clients verify that I am in-network before starting counseling services.

I am considered an out-of-network provider with all other insurance plans. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your “out of network” benefits.

Please check your BCBS and Aetna coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If you are looking to use an out of network plan, you will want to call your insurance company to ask:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my out of network mental health benefit reimbursement rate?

• Do I have a deductible and has it been met?

Fees:

$165 per 55-minute session

$110 per 30-minute appointment (kids and adolescents)
